COREtec Essentials 1800

The COREtec Essentials 1800 Series is a luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring option that bridges style with practicality, particularly suited for homes and light commercial spaces. Boasting 100% waterproof construction, this flooring offers superb performance in high-moisture areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, and utility rooms. Each plank typically measures 1830mm × 228mm with a thickness of 8mm (±0.1mm). Pack coverage stands at 2.5m² over 6 planks per box.

Some variants (e.g., Baltimore Oak) feature an 8.5mm thickness and slightly narrower width of 180mm, achieving 1.97 m² per pack. Realism is central to the 1800 Series, the Embossed-in-Register (EIR) surface textures mimic natural wood grain, and bevel detailing (2 or 4-sided V-grooves) enhances authenticity. Installation is simplified with a click-lock (locking mechanism) system, perfect for DIY or professional fitting, and the attached cork underlayment helps reduce sound and ensures underfoot comfort.
