Originally focused on carpet production under brands like Regency Carpets, Natural Solutions, and Design Elements, the company consolidated these offerings into the unified Furlong Flooring brand in 2019, offering a full suite of flooring options under one roof. Their product range includes:

Carpets: Twist, loop, deep-pile, eco-friendly yarns, and Combi-bac® backing options
Hard flooring: Comprising natural hardwood, engineered wood, laminate, Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT), SPC, and vinyl varieties
Accessories & underlays: Designed to complement their flooring solutions with practical underlays for moisture, sound, and thermal management (such as Ideal Barrier Plus, Thermo Underlay, Premier Plus Hydro).

The Furlon hard-flooring ranges bring the beauty of nature into your home. You probably recognise the Furlong hard-flooring ranges as Natural Solutions, but since the company now offer a complete portfolio of flooring, in 2019 they decided to merge Natural Solutions with all their other flooring brands and operate simply as Furlong Flooring. This means that the company is a one-stop-shop flooring supplier, offering floor coverings for every room.

Furlong Wood Flooring - Warranties
The manufacturer provides Limited Warranties for residential use which extend to the original end purchaser only (non transferable) from the date of purchase of its engineered hardwood floorings when installed in full compliance to the manufacturers installation instructions, precautions and maintenance procedures and utilised within environmental pre conditions in which they are expected to perform.
