Neoprene emulsion primer to promote adhesion of Stopgap smoothing underlayments to both absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces. Designed to prevent rapid drying of adhesives and smoothing underlayments.

General purpose for both absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces
Suitable for use with marine applications
Prevents rapid drying to adhesives and smoothing underlayments
Pigmented to provide coverage control
Contains rust inhibitor - prevents flash rusting on bright steel
Approx coverage of: Neat - 50m² per 5 litres of primer, Diluted (4:1) - 100m² (dependant on condition and absorbency of subfloor)
